-all people (Chosen People) under one church, Catholic

Holy

-the actions of man do not affect the holiness of the Church 

-Church is holy because of God, not man

   therefore man's actions cannot affect the holiness of the Church

Catholic

-religion instituted at the Last Supper

-The One refered to in the four marks of the Church

-God's Chosen People

Apostolic

-Church passed down through the Apostiles

-Apostiles given the authority to run the Church

-inherited the Church, passed it down to later generations which passed it down to us
